  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Will sports therapy treatment hurt?

    Some techniques may feel slightly uncomfortable, but treatment is always adjusted to your tolerance.

  • Will I get exercises to do at home?

    Yes this is very important— rehabilitation exercises are often provided to help recovery and prevent future injury. I use different apps to stay connected with my patients and review their progress on any rehabilitation programme set.

  • How quickly will I see results?

    Many clients feel improvement after their first session, although more complex injuries may take longer.

  • Do I need a referral?

    No — you can book directly without a GP referral.

  • Can I use private medical insurance?

    No — Unfortunately I am unable to take private medical cover claims at this point.

    Yes — ongoing pain and old injuries are very common and can often be improved with structured treatment and rehabilitation.
